I think you might be half right. From my limited experience, they do announce it before, but then the PPS plummets ASAP. I'm sure each case is different. I guess the bright side is that you can't plummet from .0001. Of course you will hold a fraction of your present shares.
First of all R/S is not on the close horizon according to company.
Secondly Doug.....they were just speculating that many companies try to run the price up before they Commence with a R/S. They typically DON't give you a heads up FYI.
Not worried about a R/S here....at least not before Christmas or a dencent size Run this Puppy is due for.
Check the ACCM line on any chart. With dillution coming to an end we will Rise soon
Doug, Now I don't know if my post was taken out of context but I mentioned something about an R/S and of course it sounds like someone ran with it and once again it's a main topic of the day. I think my words were something like: Short of an R/S we can't lose............No one has any idea what this company will do and if they knew an R/S was coming they'de be GONE>...... Heck so would I for that matter. NO R/S PERIOD!!!
