FWIW: Please don't assume an announcement if you believe an R/S is forthcoming. There is no requirement to give prior knowledge other than to provide data to brokerages, etc. If you want to bet, bet that it won't be announced. I would suggest you check the daily list at OTCBB.com routinely.

Even better, I was recently tipped to a way to get it before it shows on the daily list. If there is an R/S it will most likely show up here, and probably several hours before the daily list is published online:
