The Offering price is an agreement between the company and the underwriter that is almost always priced near the closing price of the stock on the last trading day.
A Material Definitive Agreement with any company has to file a form 8K within 4 days of such agreement (although they are filed the same day 99% of the time)
So unless someone can prove me wrong I believe PKG and is full of shit.
uWink management have nothing to do with this Board and don't care what people here say. If someone started a rumour here.. well.. I would not do it, but it is hard to say ti is actionable. It is just an internet board. The offering can only be announced publicly when done. This is speculation. You will not get a response.
