I emailed management about what was discussed here on this board.
If management comes back and said these allegations are false, i will see to it that EVERY POST HERE and EVERYONE HERE that is involve on the 2 dollar per share price on the private placement rumor will be forwarded to the SEC. This rumor has caused the stock price to drop 21% from today's highs. This is outright stock manipulation and a violation of SEC rules.
