You may need to keep a confidential list of people's addresses, so that you (or someone) could collect proxies and/or signatures from everyone if we decided on a group class action, intervention in the court case, or to vote together for and against directors.

Do you know who has the OBC list? It might be helpful to send everyone a mailing regarding what we are thinking. Some people may still have shares but not be following this board any longer.
