That is what it says but it doesn't say what date it will use for the share count so could there be a reverse split before that date. This is what we don't know.

Then what does "valuing Paivis" mean? The news yesterday said they were going through valuation of Paivis. What's their to value if you already know how much each share is going to be worth? I don't get it.
