tex, to go one step further, Keith DID reveal to me things that are NOT insider info, but that I merely wish not to relate to just everyone.

I'll be sending out a shareholder email at some point in time, that elaborates, but I simply don't won't to start 'rumors' that the Jagmans of the world love to 'rip holes in'.

Nothing is written in stone yet, except:

Hemi Energy Group, and by that I mean, a 'conglomeration' of sorts, and one that may take unexplained shares FIRST, before we can know what or who they went to/for.
