lowman, I appreciate your response and I fully understand that you are not privy to insider information. Personally, I have no problem with a modest expansion of the O/S if the shares are being used to legitimately expand the company, e.g., leases which add real value to Hemi.

I trust that Anderson understands that eventually he will have to release production numbers and clarify the O/S issue to remove the remaining doubts which may be holding back the pps.
