I agree.

That is what is so strange about this, the pps should approach $1 before the merger and we are seeing very little movement.

This PR seems to have scared a few shares loose, even though it isn't saying anything we don't already know. If it says anything at all, it is saying that they are proceeding along with the merger plans.
