I hope it was not an all stock deal. We were told that HMGP had enough cashflow to grow internally without recourse to the equity markets. If Keith an justify the common issuance as being accretive in the use of the proceeds in a convincing manner then we can be happy about that. But at a market price of $.13/ share the argument would have to be compelling.

I think you've missed some terminology. The "float" doesn't increase with the issuance of restricted shares, just the os, and Keith has always used restricted shares for lease acquisitions, unless it was an all cash deal. The float will not increase until the restriction is lifted. I think nite is short a few more than they'd like if they were aware of what they're holding. Instead of the infamous bag, they have a bomb.

Since I have no access to inside info, I cannot correctly say one way or another. However, everyone should bear in mind that even if new shares have been introduced into the market (thereby increasing the float), hubba's sharecount does NOT include the entire shareholder base, many of whom do not even know of IHub, much less read it.

While in SEK, I met up with another HMGP shareholder who's 'crowd' of investors were of an echelon where they invest by DD and not by chatroom commentary, never even frequenting chatrooms for their choices.

Though I cannot in any way, accurately guess what the total o/s is (real, and air), I think I can safely say there is a good 10M airshares, with the possibility of a total of 20M or more.
