I think you've missed some terminology. The "float" doesn't increase with the issuance of restricted shares, just the os, and Keith has always used restricted shares for lease acquisitions, unless it was an all cash deal. The float will not increase until the restriction is lifted. I think nite is short a few more than they'd like if they were aware of what they're holding. Instead of the infamous bag, they have a bomb.
