Tucker: Good to hear your opinions as your experience in the litigation arena is legendary. (LOL) I believe both you and Loop are right on.

If you recall, JKJ, Chartex and I attended Judge Lynn's hearing on NOK's motion to intervene. I was shocked by her questions and obvious inability to grasp what she was doing to both IDCC and ERICY. She even forgot that the ERICY lawyer was present and wanted to speak. Thank goodness for courts of appeals.
