You could be right Satori-now. I assume the former insiders had around 150M shares, and WRNW will be getting up to 425M (the current authorized but unissued). Even if they get only 200M they will have effective control. However, that does not mean they will be able to raise the A/S and dilute to their heart's content, because for certain decisions you need a special majority of 75% of the vote, and raising the A/S is one of them. So as long as the old insiders remain in the picture, we have no cause for concern IMO.
