Can we agree on following facts :

1. WRNW is now or in the near future the majority shareholder in DVFI, since DVFI is paying in shares for the leases entioned in Thursdays PR. 1.9 million divided by $0.004 equals 480,000,000 shares to be payed.
2. there are thus no more shares left to close any LOI
