Yes it's true. I was scheduled to move my project into testing Monday of this week and it went into testing on Wednesday because of connection issues with the servers.

Missing your huge 1 year upgrade involving outside contractors project by 3 months is understandable, but missing a one-guy 3 month project by a year, well everyone has to make their mind up for themselves.. lol
