I have been asking myself one question for quite a while now and that is: Did Berman start this new direction for the company with the honest intention of mining Uranium or did he knowingly plan on screwing over the investors?

Everything that we have seen would indicate that it is the latter, but I still try to give Berman the benefit of the doubt.

What are your thoughts?

I have neither the legal contacts or know-how, but would gladly toss my name into any class-action suit if brought against RB if he has, in fact, done something illegal and not just incredibly unethical.
