I only wish that Berman was within arms reach. I would have already introduced myself. People like himself have no defense on any level and are weak. He has no foundation based on anything that is credulous. He is little less than and insult to the investing community. People like this do not become weak in the knees until they are called out by some means, legal or otherwise. Not only is a class action justified against the company but the need is there to go after him and his private assets if need be and can be done.
