hah, you're right, s8's are dilutive to the current float. but the scenario here is simple supply and demand. olmp has been steadily pushing down the ask in since he is selling the s8 shares, and when shares don't sell at a certain price, i.e. no volume, then he lowers the ask some more until someone is willing to buy shares at the ask. when enough buys come in, he appears willing to move up on the ask, and the higher he sells the shares for, the better really for everyone - olmp, union dental, shareholders. but selling the shares at any price (usually within reason) is the top priority since noone makes money, the mm's or the company when no shares are sold. basically, the fact that we have volume, and olmp is moving up as more volume comes in, is good.
