It is only an offer waiting for acceptance.


If CLYW had Dragos by the B#%ls, why not just go to trail.

It seems to me, he has the upper hand.

The CEO is making everyone believes he is looking out for their best interest; at least he wont be perceived as being part of the inevitable; moreover, he wont have disgruntled SH or John Walsh searching for him

Asnap - how long is it "on the table"?

Rare that an offer is made w/o a time limit as the litigants must prepare for trial. They don't want to go all-out if a deal is pending. It has been said Turrini will not allow a trial postponement, so I'm 99% sure there is a time limit on the offer. Probably tonight if I were the attorney so I would have next week to prepare.

As Calypso won't return my calls and you seem connected, can you find out anything?
