From company ! There is a settlement on the table for Daic case . We are waiting for them to accept it or go to trial on Nov 7th . We will have to wait and see . Mr. Turrini is doing a great job . He has worked and continues to work very hard to see that this case is taken care of as effectively and as quickly as possible . We would all like to see this case be over with very soon .
