Would you consider moving equipment across the country a project? Would you consider putting up a tent a project?

Do you think that the trucking company and the concrete company issued invoices (debts) relating to these projects?

Projects (the companies word), deal (your word), it doesn't matter, a debt is still a debt, is it not?

Are these projects not related to building a biofuel refinery facility? Is not the available Industrial Revenue Bond financing not for building a biofuel refinery facility?
