What do I think? I think that you're trying too hard to cast this company in a not-so-favorable light. I would LOVE to know what it is that you do and who your confederates are.

But actually, I don't think that your bond scenario is valid. Now I don't pretend to know a whole lot about bonds and so if I'm wrong I'm sure that somebody will correct me....BUT...aren't bonds usually just used for one specific purpose?

For example, if a county holds a referendum for a bond to build a public park...and they get those funds....then they can't turn around and say, "OH.....we're going to use those funds to build a jail instead." You just can't do it.

Those bonds that you spoke of are allocated for one specific purpose....to build a biofuel plant. The company can not say to the bondspeople...."OH! We need those funds for something else instead. Give us the money!"

No, no...the bondspeople would slap their hands if they did that. So, you see....your analogy is totally useless, because it can't happen. At least that is my understanding of how bonds work.

So to get back to your mythical friend with the Rolex...number 1, he would not be trading it to obtain something of value.
He would be using it to satisfy a debt. From the PR put out by Perihelion, they stated that they sold the shares to close a deal.

Closing a deal does not signify satisfying a debt. Closing a deal signifies obtaining something that is of value to the company.

avdave, you're trying to spread doubt and fear...but that won't work when faced with goodness and truth...and more importantly...when faced with a vision that is meant to be.

I'll use the example of the origins of this country. There were many back then who would have spread doubt and fear if they could to Thomas Jefferson, George Washington...etc etc., but no matter what...it just wouldn't work. Against all odds, America was meant to be....all the points in history...from England being engaged in other conflicts in the European theater to France wanting to get England's goat by helping us.
America was meant to be.

Now please don't make fun of my analogy. I'm not trying to say that the beginnings of PHGI are equal in any way to the beginnings of America. I'm just trying to say that PHGI is meant to be. And neither you, nor anyone else, can stop it.
