Thanks Thirsty Tiger. DMTN is what I want to find out (insider transactions). I like to know if they did buy/sell lately ? maybe not as they announced the deal, but I like to find out to confirm.

I don't know if I bought too high ... 0.16 but as most friends here with me, I feel safe ... plus, some folks I know from AAGH board too... hope they both go.
