I take it you are looking specifically for inside transactions in Pinksheet companies since you are posting on a Pinksheet company MB. The answer is in two parts.

1. Stock for most pinksheet companies is usually not registered with SEC. DMTN being one of them. For these companies there are no insider reporting requirements, so they just don’t report.

2. For companies whose stock is registered with SEC, the info is readily available at most financial sites. Try Yahoo finance for instance

type in the stock symbol and in the left margin you should see a link for Insider Transactions. Just click and it will give you the insider transactions as filed with the SEC for the last two years. Another site to look for info is on your broker’s site
