#30418 RE: Doma #30417

doma- Two questions:

1. Don't those INFX offerings look eerily similar to Wave's?

2. Wonder why Wave has never PR'ed this NTRU relationship?

God knows they PR'ed every other relationship they've ever had!

Doma

Thanks for the post. I had been looking for Infineon TPM Professional software details. Your URL/link is not working. Please post it again or post the entire description if that was not it. I think data will be limited if this their software is in the beta phase not ready for distribution.

What are the chances Wave/NTRU have sold ETS, KTM, ACM, CTSS to Infineon with terms allowing them to put their own "Private label" (Infineon) on it?

DOMA/WILDMAN AND OTHERS---HELP!!

This scares the ----out of me: Feb. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Broadcom Corporation (Nasdaq: BRCM - News), a leading provider of silicon solutions enabling broadband communications, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Infineon Technologies to license its Trusted Platform Module (TPM) management software....

I/WE NEED to know WHY Broadcam is PAYING Infineon licence fees to use it's SOFTWARE!! Why isn't Wave's software being licensed? What is the difference between our software and theirs? We need to call/email those Broadcom names in the article and ask as well as inquire to WAVE. I will when I can break away from patients.

What is scary is that WE here are not in control. (of course "control is an illusion") but it can be dealt with if we have the correct information and knowledge of what, when and why our software can compete. I'm not sure anyone here 100% knows.

It has also not yet been clearly stated why/if other large companies/clients might license IBMs or NTRUs software.

Is/has WAVE met with Broadcom?? And if yes where is our license agreement? If we offer more than Infineon, why don't they think they need it?? These questions need to answered because we NEED market share to survive. As DOMA suggested are our migration tools just for IT and end users.....

This all is the most confusing/unclear part of our investment now. I think we all have a lot of DD ahead of us... The Horseman

Please, anyone/everyone comment. I'm confident there are good answers, but I am uncomfortable because I don't have them and/or can explain or understand it.TIA
