I only mentioned it because it is generally useful to know more than one side of any given set of business interests. Many of us here have seen what benefit (or lack thereof) has obtained to those who have only listened only to the Noir Beast's side of the story.
In particular, the relationship between the parties recited in that litigation, uncontested thus far, per my memory, is illuminating as to how many parties at interest there are, how they are related, who the principals are, etc..
There is no "bad" information to have. It's what you do with that information that counts. Take it as you will or don't take it all. I just offered the resource because I thought it answered your question.
