if you pllace an order and it doesnt go thru...you dont pay....if it part way goes thru they will charge....they dont charge for simpy calling...a trade must be made for them to charge you for making a trade!....some brokers charge on partial orders if more than 1 day...like if i got some filled today...and some tomorrow....thats 2 differnt trades...so 2 charges...

i donno but when they start doing this you must call in all of a suddon....makes me think they stalling cause they dont have shares...or are running low.....this is just what i think...next thing you know they will halt the buying and only allow selling...been in a stock like that before..
