if you pllace an order and it doesnt go thru...you dont pay....if it part way goes thru they will charge....they dont charge for simpy calling...a trade must be made for them to charge you for making a trade!....some brokers charge on partial orders if more than 1 day...like if i got some filled today...and some tomorrow....thats 2 differnt trades...so 2 charges...
