No dilution allowed until 6 months after closing a proviso of Share Exchange agreement. People sell because they get impatient and may have need for cash. This deal has very stringent conditions of closing to assure sustainability going forward,therefore,people sometimes get tired of waiting, so will take a profit and move on, imho.In the home stretch now for those who are waiting it out.

It isn't dilution, call the TA, O/S hasn't changed since January. Probably the same seller that brought it down to these levels on low volume, once he is out we will start moving up imo.
