ECFL is doing a merger with market 99, and philghunt said that Dez will not sell any of his shares.

From what I have seen in the past, shares are part of a merger. Where will these shares come from? Will the owners of market 99 have to buy shares off the open market or will Dez be giving them part of the Authorized shares? I am not sure how this works exactly, but this is some things that I have thought i understood with mergers.

end of this year, If your in at 3 cents, not too bad IMO, but I would seriously consider avging down If I owned at 3 cents
