Wasn't OTHER FRANK HAGAN a strong advocate of Frank Love, the CEO Of JMCP & Obion Group? Isn't Gouveia the CFO of JMCP? Aren't Fan & Gouveia directors of Obion Group and Frank's Hot Dog's, that was nailed for illegally selling unregistered securities over the internet? So, OTHER FRANK HAGAN strays from his mission of helping ex-employees getting paid to being part of the group that FAILED TO APPEAR at the Labor Board hearing and continues to prey upon the common that had their QBID holding diluted to pay Hagan?
Hagan posted this on linkedin.com & had it erased after I posted it on RB. In his profile he falsely claims QTN was a "public" company" and that it traded as "QBID". He also exposes he knew Cinemax would acquire TMM's public vehicle and Cinemax Canada would go public as TMM/Cinemax WA went private. Hagan, like Thompson, is not a Cinemax is an employee. Frank has a long history in television, including producing daytime TV where he worked with some of the top names in talk including the multi-Emmy Award nominated shows Donahue and Oprah (for a while being the only producer to have worked on both shows).
