I'm not sure what to do...

I'm not a complete idiot, but I could easily get in over my head if I try something that doesn't work out.

That site you gave me couldn't finish the "script" and suggested I abort the test.

I called Comcast and they said all is good. Netgear says the same. We're not really all that slow. Some sites are slower than others and videos are not too good.
