Izzay you know what they say about assume, lol I look for PRs and company substantiation and my post basically indicated that:

Guessing is one thing we all do, which is what many were doing, imo. If you look at many of the posts, deleted and not deleted, that should support that. imo Writing it in such a way as it looked like a sheer statement of fact, as the post I just cut and pasted, is another. One is mere speculation and one has factual information. Based on the way that was written it sure looked like a sure thing to me, and I doubt if I am the only one viewing that way. My posts, had indicated /implied that we were merely speculating, and in my mind without the PR it is was the matter was a guess and not very certain. That is how I derived my opinion on the matter. Obviously you derived yours differently.
After all what business leader would indicate taking his company private through just this BS and without a PR:
1. Changing a message board sign off
2. Not put out any PR indicating he was taking it private
3. The Nevada SOS said the company was formed, Dec 06 and a management structure including a guy I don't think is even part of the company now. I saw NOOO reference to it being "private"
company after looking all over it several times for any reference. If it has a reference of it being PRIVATE, again I would like the link. I doubt one can be produced.
In any event the company should be private next week and I guess it will be underground for a while, although some would say that is no big change. lol
