Draw your own conclusions and good luck. I can only say that is not the way I feel at all, but I certainly understand where the cynicism comes from. I've been burned before.
What I'm curious about is, is what about the posters that said they talked to "people" that said the 8k would be out before the end of the week......I could only shake my head at these claims when I read 'em.

RE: UPDATES....listen up. I asked the IR guy about this and he said he recommended updates to Tom earlier, Tom consulted his counsel...counsel said NO on updates. So he is just focused on getting the filing done period.
This is not great but not that uncommon...life with a start-up. Rather we like it or not Tom is apparently playing it very cautiously. We should benefit in the end.
Speculation about "fibbing" is riduculous...Tom stands to gain more than anyone in getting this done. Would not look for anything over the weekend. Lets hope for Monday AM...mid AM.

What is going on here is multifaceted and far more complicated than you think.
The three main aspects of this in the hands of lawyers and the company's officers can take enormous man hours to substantiate.
If the filings are done and anything at all appears to have been taken at face value then careers, reputations, assets and possibly even their freedom are on the line.
