I'm thinking at this point that Tom is a fibber. There's no reason the 8-K shouldn't be out by now. A month goes by without any PR? With the last PR saying the 8-K will be out much sooner? Hmmm, I'm thinking I should have sold yesterday or this morning like my gut told me to. I'm going to have to wait now, but it wouldn't surprise me if this company is bogus.
