I do not know why they would even need a reverse split they have plenty of stock left in the O/S to issue, also a reverse split will just mash the PPS down to these levels in a matter of days, that is unless it is a massive one like 1 for 1000 or worse yet the MGMX reverse split 1 for 5,000
