dt - am I reading it correctly that the notes payable of 6.9 million on 6/30/07 have actually been reduced to $944,063.00?

The balance of notes payable where paid with restricted shares only leaving 750,000 note and Hunsakers note for 194,063.

All of these people where willing to except shares of stock in this pinkie...why?

Again the 6/30/07 figures where for 6 months only.

Is there anyone on board that is "real" good reading between the lines on this 8K?
