CEO doubling down? Why would he do that if he already owns 51%? If he wishes to put more money into the company, he would be better served to use that money to add assets (unencumbered by the litigations and problems of CBAY's current portfolio) that would ultimately send the stock price higher. This would make infinite more sense than buying more stock when one already owns more than half the company.
