That's an odd way to put things. An apparently effective drug for a grievous 'illness on an illness' with no extant therapy is shot down by an FDA OOD that has only two speeds - no immediately or a long-drawn out no.

While only a fool would have put a lot of money on Pazdur finding his humanity and rationality, a few of us romantics did gamble a stake on just that. It's a sad day for cancer transplant patients and for cancer dev stage firms, so for cancer pts in general. And for those of us who put money in such things.

It's also time to take stock of message board content. There were quite a few messages here that were altogether too convinced of a approval. io and crou, for example, were you trying to manipulate the stock price up to make a quick profit before today? I personally am not crying foul in the sense that I paid scant attention to the totally bullish line you were taking. But I AM cryig foul in that if posters are behaving like the WS twerps of the late 90s and recommending stocks that they believe to pieces of dogsh*t then the rest of us need to call them out on it.

Best to all who sincerely hoped we'd have an approval on Orbec. I trust nobody has lost more than he/she could reasonably afford. (And I'm not selling mine for 18c)
