Exactly how many shares are issued and out there?

The October 5 filing states that 46M were exchanged for preferred to 14 shareholders which had been exchanged for a current debt.

Are these included in the market cap? 5M at .12 means only 41 M is shares.

Would be nice to know exactly how many shares are available to be traded. I don't think it is very many.

Restricted shares would have to be factored into the cap value, so just how many shares are avail. to fill the gap?
