I never said there were no successful CWID trials, or that the other actions/deals never took place. Maybe someone else did, but it was not me.

My main point was that you and others questioned Joe Monterosso's credibility because he received a Well's Letter. Now that Globetel has received a Well's Letter, using your reasoning, Globetel no longer has any credibility, correct?

Leinwand has been there for years, so I don't believe this "new management" anymore than the "old management".

Years ago, Globetel entered deals to launch Stratellites throughout South America, Europe and the former Soviet Union. How are these deals going? They must still be valid since nobody can really prove that these deals don't exist, they were never officially cancelled(unless I missed it) so they must be still ongoing or even close to completion by now, wouldn't you agree?

I don't know if a company without credibility all of a sudden is more credible when it is under investigation by the SEC. That may be the case, it might not be. Sure, they may tone down their PRs a bit, if they were questionable in the past, but they can still release positive sounding PRs. Thanks again, you helped prove my point and Sams.

Serius - given the past history of over-promotion and not following through on ANY PR's, you can certainly expect some to question the viability of all the items you mentioned.

Keep in mind a simple update on ANY ONE of the items listed from GTEM of one of the partners would go a long way in silencing the critics. To date there is nothing but silence - which in the past is was a clear indicator of what was happening. Is this a new GTEM? They certainly do not act like it...

The SEC doesn't care if it came in a press release or from IR in an email or phone conversation.

Run. Stop. I posted that IR stated that the lease at Palmdale had been extended one year, and that the debt owed to settle was less that $50K.

We know from the official court documents that the lease never was extended, and that the money owed was "significantly" more than $50K!

Do you really think as long as a company doesn't lie in their PRs, they can say anything they want otherwise...

It's great that so many posters have documented so well what IR has said. They have given times, dates and even "quotes"....

It will be real interesting to see, who owns up to what once put under oath.
