If EQBM BKs, we should be able to get Haller and/or our brokers to declare the security worthless and close the position for zero return.

If not BK, we're probably stuck with it. Pretty absurd, but so goes.

Given the track record, I wouldn't be surprised to see Larry let EQBM wallow for years.
