The funny part of this is, Joe has to defend himself first against GTEM's suit. He can countersue, but it would totally unrelated to the GTEM suit since joe is getting sued for his actions after his employment ended.
Since he hasn't sued already for his money, or the extortion shares, it makes you wonder why now? There will be no winner here, but plenty of losers, and Joe will bite the biggest $$$ bullet.
