2- Has the sending of the Proxies been communicated to the public and if yes refer to the third question?
No, the T/A has apparently seen the proxies and per a couple posters who have talked to the t/a, we should see them by end of this week (or later if you get them by mail)
3- Will I, and if yes, how and when should I be receiving the Proxy that everybody is talking about?
Nobody knows yet who is included (ie. the record date or holder) to receive the proxy; however, a good guess would be holders effective maybe today, since this is win the divys hit most of our accounts and should be included on any voting that may take place.
4- What is your theory behind the fact that the pps is not moving quicker?
This is a long story here. Keep it short, this is a penny stock, do we really believe (and at what confidence level) that this company is for real. There are a lot of bashers and non believers that keep informing us not to believe the company (but what agenda do these non believers have).If you believe this company has the assets and its telling the truth about getting this 43-101 report, then you buy, whether the buyout happens or not.
