Hello to everybody, I am from Canada!!!!!!

I am mainly posting to ask some questions that might seem basic to you experts on this board. I have recently bought some AURC and currently hold them in my Canadian Broker Account. Questrade, I live in Ottawa, Canada. I know that I am not eligible for the Divvy everybody seems to have received since I am not a shareholder of record on 27th of Feb.

My questions are?

1- What is the meeting in November for?

2- Has the sending of the Proxies been communicated to the public and if yes refer to the third question?

3- Will I, and if yes, how and when should I be receiving the Proxy that everybody is talking about?

4- What is your theory behind the fact that the pps is not moving quicker?
