Ihub policy has always been to roll the old board into the merged company. Even if someone was to start a board for Inc they would wipe it and keep this board and just change the name.
izzay if there is no symbol change you can do a new board very easily, but the change, or lack there of, on the trading symbol should be established first to create one. As you know many posters plug in the symbol to go to a board.
