As a I said in an earlier post, I welcome all that wish to contribute or ask anything. I am counting on the posters here to help me out as I do not know it all either. Hi Bullrider! I'm no pro, but have remodeled a few homes three story homes myself and I have worked in the building & remodeling trades off & on most of my life from 16 on up. I am an old man of 43 now; LOL!

I'm what they call Jack-Of-All-Trades and master of none. I imagine I will be learning a few things here.
