I did recieve the shares in my scottrade acct, however i am waiting until monday to see the shares in 2 stifel -nichols accounts , although they have acknowledged a divi is coming of 0.1 per share, so I really do not foresee any problems, I have a feeling that the buyout will occur and that this company will be taken private.

You will find comments like these on the borads of nearly all pink sheet stocks. It is extremely rare for the companies to go after the posters. One reason is that it is difficult to determine the posters' true identities.

I am a bit puzzled that AURC would know of these character attacks and put up with the misconduct without warning the people that they are subject to prosecution. More importantly, if they have that much money, they should go out and hire the mouthpieces (i.e. lawyers) to shut the detractors up.
