Then why would any revenue above what is owed go to GlobeTel if it belongs to Centerline. Could you please explain the legal structure that allows assets to flow to another company in this manner and "not" the liabilities?
If you owned stock in GlobeTel, didn't you also own Centerline and Sanswire?
Are you sure this loop hole is legal, or just wishful thinking?

I don't think GlobeTel can pick and choose what they want from Centerline...
