"The payments could have been made by CBAY, but more likely the payments were made by the seller to protect his/its position." - You have a good point there. Anybody got any ideas how we find that out?

You make some good points, however, since the new CEO has put at least $330K into this, we have to assume that he prepared to clear up those cases and either:

1) Move forward in the real estate business or

2) Sell off everything and find a merger candidate, if he hasn't already.

There is no scenario I can see for CBAY going back to .0001 with no bid and CEO losing $330K. However, if you have one, I would very much like to hear it.

Mordicai......
Nice to see someone with a head on his shoulders who is not afraid to post reality. All the new people to this board should read and re-read your post until the reality sinks in. They will probably label us as bashers and go on believing the rosy story of ,"Rizvi the CBAY Savior," that they have woven based upon false and questionable evidence.

Your posts show that you have based your conclusions on verifiable fact and knowledge of rogers past MO. But be ready for the new breed on this board to chastise you as they have done anyone who dares cast doubt on their darling CBAY and Rizvi. I have a theory of who Rizvi really is, his connection to CBAY and roger, but if I posted it at this time it would probably be deleted within 2 minutes.

Mordicai, I want to thank you for your post, it was right to the point, and true. Now maybe these people will start to see what we are trying to tell them. Assets, huh yeah sure. If there are assets, they don't really belong to Pawson, more like the note holders, mortgage companies, and oh yes, not to mention that they are all liened beyond imagination. Very tainted.
